I have a cork mat from them and it's fantastic. My old Decathlon one got slippery fast. If you're serious about yoga, it's worth the investment for the better grip and longevity.

They use buckwheat hulls for filling which are generally pretty firm and supportive. You can actually take some out if you want it softer too.

Mine is really solid. I was worried it would flatten out but it's held its shape great after months of daily use. Much better than the cotton filled ones.

Mine came with instructions. You can usually take the cover off and wash it. The filling usually isn't washable though, just the outer part.

Yeah, pretty sure the covers are machine washable for most of them. Just check the product page for the specific one you're eyeing. I had to hand wash my bolster cover but the Zafu was fine in the machine.

Returns usually aren't too bad. Just make sure you keep the original packaging, that helps a lot. I think you have like 14 days or something.
